Enjoy the gracious ambiance of Druid Hills,
planned in 1893 by Frederick Law Olmsted, America's preeminent
landscape designer. View elegant homes of diverse architectural
styles, created by notable architects such as Neel Reid, W.T.
Downing and Philip Shutze in a lush park-like setting of curving
streets and mature plantings. Discover the inspiration for Alfred
Uhry's Academy Award-winning film, "Driving Miss Daisy."

Directions:
Meet in front of St. John's Lutheran Church,
1410 Ponce de Leon Avenue; corner of Oakdale Road. MAP
MARTA: Exit
at North Avenue station and transfer to bus route #2 (Ponce de
Leon). To get a free bus transfer, before exiting the turnstile,
tap your card on the target as you did to enter the station.
Get off the bus at the corner of Ponce de Leon and Oakdale Ave.
Heading North on I-75/85: Exit 249B (Peachtree/Pine St.). Turn left on Peachtree
St. At the fourth traffic light turn right onto Ponce de Leon
Ave. The Church is approx. two miles on left at the corner of
Ponce de Leon and Oakdale.
Heading South on I- 85: Exit 89 (North Druid Hills Rd.). Turn left on North
Druid Hills Road, go three lights and turn right onto Briarcliff.
Rd. Continue on Briarcliff four miles and turn left onto Ponce
de Leon. Church is on the left at the second light.
